Auto-generated and steps to the next number for each new quotation. Edit the prefix, letters, or format freely — the next one follows your pattern.
Client & event
Default when a package has no basement price. Charged on any day the Basement Hall is selected.
Defaults to 2 weeks from today — change as needed.
Event days
Each day has its own package, hall(s) and add-ons, and its own total. Days needn't be consecutive. Manage the add-on list on the Add-ons page.
Appendix — package inclusions
The appendix inclusion pages are generated automatically from this choice. Basic → one page, Premium → one page, Basic + Premium → two separate pages.
